A Case of Hemorrhage from Oarian origin


Abstract
A 27 year waitress, gravida i, para i, was admitted at Pusan National University Hospital on December 2, 1957, with complaints of lower abdominal pain, nausea and genital bleeding.
Laparatomy was performed under the diagnosis of ruptured tubal pregnancy of left side and about 300cc of blood was found in the peritoneal cavity.
It was demonstrated mocroscopically the hemorrhage was originated from the ovarian stroma associated with cystoadenoma ovrii papilliferum multiloculare of the left ovary.
